At Emerson for just over ten years, he has over twenty years of experience in enterprise level Information Security, High Availability IT Operations and Cyber Security for both the private and public sectors. Michael currently has focus areas for Secure Development Lifecycle, IIoT Cybersecurity and IT/OT convergence. Additionally, he collaboratively provides cybersecurity direction for Emerson Automation Solution's Plantweb Digital Ecosystem, on solutions that include Emerson Connected Services, Secure First Mile, DeltaV Mobile and other brands. He is actively involved with ISA99 work groups for cybersecurity. Prior to Emerson, he held a variety of IT and Cyber Security roles in the U.S. Air Force over a twenty-two year period.
