Exhibitor Slots for presentations during the exhibition.
Attention all Exhibitors at the ISA 2002 Exhibition.
This year in place of a seminar being held during the exhibition the organising committee have decided to offer the use of the conference room to the exhibitors to give presentations during the day.
Because we have nearly 50 exhibitors we have decided to email all and request you to respond to me if you wish to reserve a time slot for your presentation.
The slot will start at 11.00a.m. and last for 50 minutes before the next presentation which will start on the hour.
This gives us 7 time slots so please respond quickly if you would like to book one. There is no fee for this activity and when the six time slots are allocated then the rest of the applications will be put on a waiting list. You will be provided with only the room, you must supply all other A/V equipment.
We will publish a circular to promote the presentations and these will be included with the ISA Ireland Section mailshot of exhibition tickets.
Please remember these times are on a first come first served basis.
